What are the requirements to become a customer?

We look forward to establishing relationships with new customers. Please contact customer service and they will direct you to the salesperson for your location.  We are a business-to business firm and do not sell to the general public.

Does Jaeckle accept payment by credit card?
As a business-to-business wholesale operation, most of our customers pay by check and our pricing structure is relective of that. We are happy to accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover) with a 3% surcharge to cover the credit card procesing fees. There is no surcharge on Debit Cards (linked to a checking account).

What is your return policy?
Should you have any questions after reading the return policy, please contact customer service.

How do I file a claim for defective material?

Defective material claims can be split into 2 categories: installed and not installed.

  • Uninstalled product:  Simply call our Customer Service Department at 800-236-7225 or 608-838-5400 and request a return authorization. 
  • Installed product: Initiate the claim by contacting your Sales Representative. Please be prepared to supply the invoice number, consumer proof of purchase, samples and/or photos of the defect, and answers to complete the claim form. Basic information about the consumer, installation, the defect, and expectations for resolution will complete the claim form.

How do I sign up for online ordering?

Can I make a change or cancel an online order once it is processed?
To change or cancel an order placed online, please contact our Customer Service Team and notify them directly.

How can I get a price emailed to me or a price list in Excel format?
You may download account-specfic PDF price list from www.jaeckle247.com. To request a login, please click here. If you need a price list in Excel format, we will need to generate that for you internally. Please click here to send us a request.
