Application Open:  Wednesday, September 14th

Submission Due:  by Wednesday, September 21st at 5:00pm

Winner Announced:  Wednesday, September 28th

MAKEOVER PROJECT CRITERIA:

1. Applications are open to Liberty City providers only.
2. Work requested on interiors is relegated to cosmetic upgrades only:
3. Replacement of carpet, laminate, or vinyl flooring
4. Painting of walls, hard ceilings, and doors
5. Window treatments
6. Minor cabinetry - demo / replace / new - without any plumbing
7. Acoustical ceilings (tile replacement only)
8. Work requested on exterior is relegated to cosmetic upgrades only:
9. Painting of walls and doors
10. Minor landscape improvement: shrub removal / replacement, new sod, sidewalk pressure cleaning
11. Work requested shall not require alterations to existing layout of walls or other structural elements (windows, doors, ceilings).
12. Work requested shall not require alterations to existing utilities (electrical, plumbing, fire protection nor mechanical systems).
